Finished grinding the patches on the B posts and got everything acid washed. Now I can finish nailing in the package tray, deck lid hinges, and trunk gutter.
It's a pain in the butt getting everything fitting properly. Got a couple of patches to make, a ton of grinding, and a little bit of acid washing that needs to be done before I can finish nailing in the trunk gutter.
The rear end is back together, steering rack rebuilt, and I can finally fixture up these pieces under the car.
Now on to more fun stuff. I was not happy with how these pieces were buffing out at the time of my last post. I went back, re-sanded, and finally finished polishing today. Before After
My polishing guy is kind of anal. He decided there were a couple of spots that left a little to be desired. He says he's within a day of the white diamond though.
